The lease document engine:
The platform generates the lease agreement from a template, populating the tenant names, property address, unit number, rent amount, dates, and all configured terms automatically.
The generated document is sent to both tenant and landlord for electronic signature via DocuSign or Aadhaar eSign. Signed leases are stored in the platform’s document vault and accessible to both parties at all times.
